Ringneck Kennels offers boarding to all breeds and sizes.

Our kennel is unique in that it has individual inside outside runs. The dogs do not have to wait for someone to let them out as they can go in and out of a swinging door whenever they like.

We have solid walls between each kennel run both inside and outside, so the dogs cannot see each other. This eliminates a lot of stress, fence biting and messing into another dog’s kennel. The outside runs are 10 feet and the inside runs are 5 feet. We have in floor heating inside so it is nice and warm where the dogs are laying.

You are welcome to bring a favorite blanket or toy from home for your dog. It is nice for the first time dogs to have something with the smell of home to help them settle in.

If you are bringing in a dog for the first time, you will need to have a few extra minutes to fill out some basic information on your dog. We need to know health history, name of your vet as well as a number we can reach you at while you are away.

 

FOOD:  We recommend that you bring your own food.  If you would like us to provide the food, the cost will be $3.50 per day or $100 per month. We do our best to keep the dogs on the same feeding schedule that they are used to at home.

 

PRICES:  Our prices are $30.00 per night.

We also offer a variety of exercise packages.

We have two exercise pens that are fully enclosed.  If your dog likes to play, they can go in the exercise pen with other dogs at this time, if not, they can be in there on their own.

Walks are available all year round.  Swims are available when the weather allows.  We have a spring fed pond that many of our dogs enjoy cooling off in.

Basic  – Exercise Pen  $32/night 

Bronze  – Walk or Swim  $35/night

Silver  – Walk or Swim + Exercise Pen  $37/night

Gold  – 2 Walks or Swims + Exercise Pen  $42/night

 

SHOTS:  We do require all shots up to date, including kennel cough. First time clients must bring in proof of immunization.

 

HOURS:

Monday – Friday:  8:00am to 6:00pm

Saturday:  8:00am to 5:00pm

Sunday:  Closed

Check out time is 1:00pm, any guests which stay past this time will be charged for another night.

 

LOCATION:  We are located 5 kilometers north of Strathmore, right off the #1 highway.
